3. Appointments

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
  • We reserve the right to charge a 100% cancellation fee for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
  • In the event of a cancellation by Maria Nails NYC due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment at a convenient time.

4. Payment

  • Cash (for in-person appointments)

Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss a potential resolution, including corrections or adjustments.
