At Maria Nails NYC, we are dedicated to providing high-quality nail services and ensuring the best experience for our clients. To maintain fairness and efficiency in our scheduling and pricing, we have implemented the following Refund and Cancellation Policy. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1. How to Cancel or Reschedule:
- You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us via phone, email, or through our online booking system.
1.2. Notice Period:
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
- If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.
- If you fail to attend your appointment without notifying us (“no-show”), you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
1.3. Late Arrivals:
- If you arrive 20-30 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to either shorten the service time or reschedule the appointment.
- Late arrivals may still be charged the full price of the original service even if the appointment is shortened or rescheduled.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. No Refunds for Completed Services:
- We do not offer refunds for services once completed. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final once the service is rendered.
2.2. Service Corrections:
- If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.
- We will offer a correction or adjustment at no additional charge if it relates to the service provided.
- Any corrections requested after 5 days will be subject to additional fees.
2.3. Price Adjustments During Service:
- While we provide estimated pricing at the time of booking, final prices may vary based on the condition of your nails or any additional work required. This includes, but is not limited to, fixing broken nails, adding special designs, or other unanticipated services.
- We will inform you of any necessary changes during the service, and you will be responsible for any additional charges.
2.4. Pre-Paid Services or Deposits:
- For clients who pre-pay or place a deposit for a service, the deposit is refundable only if the cancellation or rescheduling is made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
- If canceled within the notice period, the deposit will not be refunded.
3. Exemptions
- Medical or Emergency Situations: In cases of medical emergencies or unexpected events, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.
- Force Majeure: In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances, cancellation fees may be waived, or appointments rescheduled without penalty.
4. Right to Refuse Service
Maria Nails NYC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who repeatedly cancels or reschedules appointments without proper notice, arrives late, or fails to show up. Pre-payment may be required for future bookings.
